Audio-Technica ATM-350UL er en kardioid kondensatormikrofon med fast ladet bakplate, permanent polarisert kondensatorelement. Systemet inkluderer AT8491U universalklype, AT8490L 9 tommers gooseneck, AT8468 fiolinfeste med borrelås og bæreveske. En 4 m kabel med Hirose HR10-type kontakt kobler mikrofonen til strømmodulen AT8543, som har XLR-utgang og et innkoblingsbart 80 Hz høypassfilter (12 dB/oktav). Frekvensgangen dekker 40 til 20 000 Hz med en følsomhet på -49 dB (3,5 mV). Maksimalt lydtrykknivå er 159 dB SPL, og mikrofonen krever 11 til 52 V fantomstrøm.
